Returns & Refunds Policy
At Lovly Buy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.
No Returns on Standard Orders
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference.
Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items Only
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly assist you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Report a Defective or Incorrect Item
1. Email us at support@lovlybuy.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include your order number
3. Provide clear photos of the defective or incorrect item
4. Describe the issue in detail
We will review your claim within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will offer:
- A full refund to your original payment method, OR
- A replacement item at no additional cost
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Beauty products, skincare, makeup, and personal care items (once opened)
- Earrings and body jewelry
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items and clearance products
- Gift cards
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, except for:
- Sealed beauty and personal care products that have been opened
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
